Paris enjoys excellent national and international connections, with two airports and six main railway stations.
By air
Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport
The RER B line is a direct rail link between Charles de Gaulle Airport and Paris (Denfert-Rochereau, Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, Châtelet-Les-Halles, etc.). Journey duration: about 30 minutes. Frequency 10-15 minutes. Fare: about 12 €.
The RoissyBus shuttle provides a direct link between Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and Paris-Opéra in 60 minutes. Frequency 30 minutes. Fare: about 17 €.
Taxis: To guarantee you a safe trip at a fair price, it is recommended to always take an official taxi outside the terminals (Refuse all solicitations inside the terminal). Fare: about 60 €.

Paris-Orly airport
The new metro line 14 allows you to reach the centre of Paris (Châtelet) in about 25 minutes. Frequency 2-5 minutes. Fare: 11 €
The OrlyBus is a shuttle service between Paris-Orly airport and Place Denfert-Rochereau. Journey duration: about 30 minutes. Frequency 10-15 minutes. Fare: about 12 €.

Paris has three main railway stations connecting to European and French towns.

By bus
Paris can be reached by bus at attractive prices from major European cities. Different companies (e.g. Isilines, Flixbus and BlaBlaCar Bus) provide bus connections with Paris and cities like Amsterdam, Barcelona, Brussels, Bucharest, Budapest, Frankfurt, Krakow, London, Milano, Madrid, Munich, Vienna, Zurich, etc.
Getting around Paris
The city is easy to explore using the well-developed public transportation system. The Metro, the Paris subway, is one of the densest in the world with a station every 600 m on average. Alternatively, more than 60 bus lines are available within Paris. Finally, the use of the electric bike service has become quite popular in recent years.
