Abstracts
Authors wishing to submit a paper for the conference should upload an abstract, using the online link above to be available from 1 July 2024. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 20 September 2024.
The abstracts should be sufficiently detailed, containing relevant scientific information about the originality and importance of the results obtained by the authors.
The abstract should NOT include: repetitions; acknowledgements; a long introduction; nor a long reference list (one or two references maximum, if necessary). It should simply answer the questions:

- How was it done?
- Why was it done? (brief in abstract though)
- What were the results?
To submit the abstract online, please provide all requested information:
- Title
- Names and affiliations of the authors
- Abstract text (maximum length 3000 characters, including spaces)
- Preferred topic(s)
- Preferred communication type
- Preferred publication type
Notification of acceptance will be sent to the authors before the end of November 2024.
Proceedings
It is intended to publish the proceedings of the conference in a Special Issue of Applied Radiation and Isotopes. Publication in the ICRM Technical Series, without impact factor but with a DOI, will also be possible.
The manuscripts, written exclusively in English, will have to be submitted before the conference and discussions with referees during the conference are expected. The manuscripts will comply with the guidelines of Applied Radiation and Isotopes, which will be sent to the authors together with the information on the acceptance of the work to be presented at the conference.
The acceptance for presentation at the conference does not imply publication in the proceedings. Only a selection of the manuscripts will be published in Applied Radiation and Isotopes, following a strict peer-review process.
