ORAL and INVITED presentations
The Oral and Invited presentations should be prepared in Windows-compatible PowerPoint or PDF format and the time interval of an oral presentation is 15 minutes (followed by maximum 5 minutes of questions & answers). Please prepare your presentation accordingly to strictly adhere to these time limits. Invited presentations have a 20 minutes time period allocated (followed by maximum 5 minutes of questions & answers).
The presentations must be in English and must be uploaded before the conference on the web site, when logging to your account: manage my profile, upload my presentation.
The upload tool only allows you to upload PDF (*.pdf) and Microsoft PowerPoint files (*.pptx, *.ppsx). The maximum file size is 50 MB.
POSTER presentations
Posters will be displayed in two sessions (i.e. 2 days for each) and will be available during the coffee breaks. In particular, in the afternoon, one-hour dedicated sessions will be devoted to discussion of the posters.
The format of the posters will be maximum A0 (size 841 mm x 1189 mm), in PORTRAIT orientation.
Posters will be attached to grids using clips provided by the organisers.
It is recommended to avoid posters printed on textiles. The organisers will not be able to provide poster printing on site. If necessary, there is a print shop close to the conference venue.
There is no poster template but, like for the previous ICRM conferences, the authors of each poster will prepare an INFORMATIVE SLIDE (MS Powerpoint) with the main results of the poster. The template is available here (numbering will be done by the organization committee).
