Submitted abstracts have been reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee and the Programme Committee met on 5-6 November 2024 to make the final selection. Authors have been notified of the decision on 21 November 2024. In case you did not receive the Letter of Acceptance related to your submitted abstract, please contact the Scientific Secretary.
Acceptance of an abstract for presentation at the conference and submission of a manuscript does not automatically imply that it will be published. Only a selection of the manuscripts will be published in the international journal Applied Radiation and Isotopes or in the ICRM Technical Series (without impact factor but with a DOI) following the same strict peer-review process.
Paper submission will be in two steps:
1. Prior to the conference
Manuscripts must be submitted using the online link that will open on 15 January 2025, no later than 18 April 2025. The submission procedure is managed through the Registration > manage your profile.
The manuscripts, written exclusively in English, will have to comply with the guidelines of Applied Radiation and Isotopes, as detailed hereafter:
Regarding ICRM Technical Series, templates can be downloaded here.
First reviews will be sent prior to the conference. Discussions between the authors and the referees are expected during the conference.
Manuscripts not submitted by the absolute deadline of 18 April 2025 will not be considered.
2. After the conference
Corrected manuscripts, based on the first reviews, must be submitted to Applied Radiation and Isotopes no later than 30 June 2025 here.
The manuscripts of the ICRM Technical Series must be sent to the Scientific Secretary.
Detailed instructions for submission will be given nearer the time of the conference. The review process will continue after the conference.
