Registration fees include access to all the conference sessions and poster areas for 4 days, coffee breaks and lunches, participation to the welcome reception on Sunday 18 May and to the conference dinner on Wednesday 21 May. In addition, free access will be given to the online proceedings and a certificate of attendance will be delivered at the end of the conference.
Note: The conference proceedings will be unlimited open access for the ICRM Technical Series, and open access for a limited time / 3 months for the regular publications in Applied Radiation and Isotopes. Authors may want to make their publication gold open access and will then have to pay the corresponding Article Publication Charge defined by Elsevier.
* The student rate will only be available upon presentation of a university full-time affiliation (student card or certificate).
** Registration for an accompanying person provides access to the welcome reception on Sunday 18 May and to the conference dinner on Wednesday 21 May. Note that the conference venue will not be accessible for accompanying persons during the days of the conference.
*** Off-line video access will allow subscribers to view a recording of the presentations (slides and audio feed), to be made available only after the conference.
Payment & Invoice
Accepted ways of payment:
• Bank transfer in Euro: Beneficiary: A link to download the bank details will be displayed after validating the registration form.
• Credit Card: Credit cards Mastercard, Visa and American Express are welcome. A link to the secure payment is displayed after validating the registration form.
Important:
• Payment should arrive before the deadline (31 March 2025 for Early birds, 16 May 2025 for Regular fees).
• Each payment should mention “ICRM2025” and clearly include the participant’s name.
• The invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Agence VERTCOM (Logistics and registration secretariat). Please send an e-mail if you require a pro-forma invoice in order to make your payment.
Confirmation of registration
Confirmation of your registration and all payments will be sent by e-mail.
Cancellation policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the ICRM Secretariat, sent by email to ICRM2025@cea.fr
1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, he/she may substitute, after agreement with the organizer, someone else from the same organization. Changes to your original registration should be sent in writing to the conference secretariat at: ICRM2025@cea.fr
2. In the event that a registrant cannot attend and is unable to be replaced by another person from the same organization, the following refund provisions apply:
a. Registrations cancelled before Februay 28th will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.
b. Registrations cancelled between March 1st and April 14th will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
c. Registrations cancelled after April 15th will not be refunded.
3. Registration cancellations made after a visa has not been granted are eligible for a refund of the registration fee less an administration charge of € 80.00 per registered participant. Notification must be received by us in writing (email or post) no later than 10 (ten) working days before the start* of the conference for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for refund. *Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days.
Refund policy:
a. For payments received by credit card, the same card will be re-credited (applicable within two months of payment).
b. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the beneficiary of the account.
NB: for payments received by bank transfer outside France, reimbursement will be made by bank transfer and all inherent bank charges will be borne by the beneficiary.
